Castlewood Members enjoy staying active. We also have a Fitness Room and a morning Bootcamp Classes. Our Fitness Room offers Precor Icarian strength stations, elliptical cross trainers, treadmill, stationary bike and free weights.

Paul Fulcher teaches the Castlewood Bootcamp on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Paul has developed a personal training approach that specializes in strength training and injury prevention, as well as modifications for post injury workouts. His vision is to educate Members with different approaches to health and fitness, while building their confidence and mental health.
